Job Description:
Murphy USA is currently seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Operations Associate in Seattle, Washington. This is a part-time entry-level position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.
Responsibilities:- Assist in daily operations of the store, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service- Work closely with the store manager to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies and procedures- Assist in the implementation of new projects and initiatives to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to create a positive shopping experience for customers- Collaborate with team members to reach store goals and targets- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or issues in a timely manner- Utilize innovative thinking and project management skills to contribute to the overall success of the store- Adhere to safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of customers and employees
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- No prior experience required, but willingness to learn and grow in the role- Motivated and driven personality with a strong work ethic- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong organizational and time management skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Innovative thinking and project management skills- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
