Operations Associate

Job Description:

Estee Lauder is seeking a part-time Operations Associate to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Operations Associate at Estee Lauder, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities:- Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures- Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operation of business activities- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects- Provide general administrative support as needed

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Confidence in decision-making and problem-solving- Experience with strategic planning and process improvement- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
