Job Description:
S&P Global is seeking a motivated and reliable Operations Associate to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As an Entry Level position, this role will provide a great opportunity for growth and development within the company. The Operations Associate will work closely with various departments to support day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the organization.
Responsibilities:- Assist in conducting research and analysis to support various projects and initiatives- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies and solutions to improve operational efficiency- Maintain and organize data to ensure accuracy and accessibility- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and provide updates- Support in the coordination and execution of operational tasks and projects- Perform administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, drafting emails, and preparing reports- Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold standards of excellence
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field- 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred- Strong research skills and ability to think critically- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team- Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills
