• Completing daily processing and organization of damages, testers, and known theft product• Ensuring timely completion of shipping and receiving activities• Reviewing and communicating missing or damaged visual elements in the store• Maintaining and cleaning the stockroom and sales floor areas• Participating in expert training sessions• Sharing knowledge with the team• Demonstrating Sephora values• Providing excellent client service• Handling and applying cosmetics products to clients• Adhering to dress code and policies
Requirements
• Prior equivalent work experience in operations preferred• Passion for client service and working with people• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask• Resilience and ability to react to situations in-the-moment• Flexible availability for various shifts• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds• Adherence to Sephora's dress code and policies
