Responsibilities Communicate with sales reps and logistics team to confirm receipt of new orders and update the status of orders Manage/control receipt of new customer set-up forms for system accuracy Maintain accurate records of orders to provide monthly shipping visibility well in advance of shipping period Review incoming production dates, reports for credit standing, and status of orders Act as a point of contact to resolve customer issues or respond to questions Facilitate cross-channel feedback from customers and employees to management and executive teams Work with team leaders, managers, and department heads to learn departmental needs and goals Requirements Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities Possess excellent communication and organizational skills Self-motivated and problem solving with a keen attention to detail Maintain excellent customer relations Strong computer skills Willingness to work independently with minimal supervision Experience with Nuorder and Netsuite is a plus Benefits Flexible scheduling/PTO Health, vision, and dental insurance 401k Collaborative, engaging work environment Benefits of working as a Operations Assistant in Saint Louis, MO:
