Responsibilities
• Serve as the first point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors• Provide information with professionalism and resourcefulness• Maintain office and kitchen supplies• Set up and break down conference rooms• Maintain office copiers and report facilities issues• Assist with office events and meetings• Troubleshoot office issues and assist with IT requests• Support new hires and the Finance team• Manage office discretionary budget• Assist with regional and local office tasks as needed
Requirements
• Associate's degree preferred• Minimum of 2 years' experience as Receptionist or related work• Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe PDF, and BST desired• Strong organizational and multitasking skills required• Basic knowledge of financial terms and calculations• Effective verbal and written communication skills• Works well in a team environment
