WHOOP empowers users to perform at a higher level through a deeper understanding of their bodies and daily lives.As an Operations Analyst at WHOOP, you'll gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced supply chain operations department and will help build the foundation for successful growth and operational excellence initiatives. This role will focus on optimizing processes, systems and will participate in cross-functional operational projects. The ideal candidate has experience in operations, logistics, procurement or supply planning, will have a passion for problem solving, strong analytical skills and a bias for action.RESPONSIBILITIES:Support operations leadership in developing a long term strategy for the growing DTC supply chain, focusing on third party logistics and carrier management.Work closely with third party logistics providers to ensure a smooth flow of member orders. Develop and maintain KPI dashboards measuring 3PL and carrier performanceLiaise between WHOOP cross functional teams and 3PLs to solve blockers to growth and member retention. Partner with internal teams to implement technical and process solutions that will streamline member order flow and prevent delays. Support financial reconciliation of operational costs with the goal of improving gross margins without compromising member experience. Analyze complex data sets related to order flow and integration errors with 3PLsQUALIFICATIONS:2-3 years of experience in a Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or Business Operations roleStrong communication and presentation skillsStrong Microsoft Excel skills a mustSQL skills a plus but not requiredAbility to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup-like environmentBachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain or a related fieldThis role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA.
