Join a team dedicated to operational excellence without limits. We're seeking a Launch Specialist to ensure flawless new store openings and uphold brand standards.

Description:

Provide operational training on brand standards and processes
Monitor and ensure on-time launch of New Store Openings
Conduct on-the-job, on-site training during launch week
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure optimal transition of new store openings

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
1 year of Operations/Training in hospitality or retail
Valid driver's license with an approved driving record
Ability to travel overnight and lift 50lbs regularly

Skills & Abilities:

Strong communication skills
Demonstrates core values
Ability to adapt to changing business needs
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Self-motivated with a drive for success

Benefits:

Salary range $60,000 - $70,000 annually

Benefits package

Location & Travel:

Travel required up to 75-80%, including weekends and nights. Work remotely when not traveling.
