The Opportunity: We're looking for a driven Operational Excellence and Client Success Lead to champion operational excellence within our virtual customer support team. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless operations, enhancing customer experience, and driving growth in the aesthetics field.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and training of the virtual customer support team to deliver outstanding service standards and operational efficiency. Implement processes and protocols to streamline operations within the customer support team, ensuring consistency and excellence in service delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational effectiveness. Utilize data insights to monitor key performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the customer support team. Make recommendations as well as execute on the recruitment & termination of virtual support team members and make impactful changes to current processes within the virtual team to maintain operational excellence. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in managing and optimizing operational processes within virtual customer support teams. Excellent virtual communication and active listening skills. Proficiency in virtual CRM tools and business software usage. Strong problem-solving ability with a data-driven mindset.
