The Plant Associate Recruiter is part of the plant Talent Acquisiton team, and ensures the successful recruitment of all hourly production, quality and warehouse positions in addition to operations management roles. This role facilitates full cycle recruiting, from sourcing, interviews, offers and onboarding of new hires. 
Recruiting: Provides a positive candidate experience with any candidate that applies for an associate position with Home Chef Utilizes Home Chef's applicant tracking system (ATS) and external job boards such as Indeed and Zip Recruiter to identify hourly talent for entry-level positions in production, quality and warehousing. Conducts recruitment process for all hourly roles including interviewing, extending offers and initiating onboarding process Participates in plant leadership meetings around labor planning to ensure recruiting practices meet immediate and long term hiring needs for the facility  Participates in occasional career fairs to recruit for surge labor needs Ensures accuracy and timeliness of all candidate communications. Onboarding: Ensures ATS onboarding processes are initiated and completed for candidates prior to Day One such as I9 preparation and background check initiation. Ensures accurate enrollment of new hires in the Kronos timekeeping system  Assists new hires in completing paperwork if needed. Orientation: Facilitates day one new hire orientation using company provided Powerpoint presentation Reviews attendance policy, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), employee handbook, and benefit information with new hires  Conducts facility tours  Assigns lockers and fob keys for facility access  Enrolls and trains new hires in the timekeeping system to ensure accurate time reporting  General Responsibilities: As a member of the HR team, support broader HR initiatives and work with the team to ensure a positive candidate and employee experience Follow the facility GMPs and help enforce them throughout the facility Support the efforts of the company to maintain our food safety system (SQF) and quality programs This position requires 0-5% travel.
