Job Description:
Erie Insurance Group is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for individuals who are passionate and resourceful, with strong soft skills in strategic planning and adaptability.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to online customer inquiries via web chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Provide accurate information about our products and services to potential and existing customers.3. Assist customers with navigating our website and online account management tools.4. Troubleshoot technical issues related to the web chat platform.5. Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels.6. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions for reporting purposes.
Requirements:1. 2 years of experience in online customer service or web chat support.2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.4. Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus.5. Proficiency in typing and computer skills.6. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
