Job Description:
Hess is currently seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Online Web Chat Representative at our Fort Worth, Texas location. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are independent and possess strong communication skills. As a Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to online users through live chat interactions.
Responsibilities:- Engage with online users in a professional and friendly manner through chat conversations- Provide accurate and timely information to address customer inquiries and resolve issues- Assist customers with navigating the company website and online services- Identify and escalate any technical issues or customer feedback to the appropriate department- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times- Meet and exceed performance goals and quality standards set by the company
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms- Emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers- Presentation skills to effectively convey information to online users- Must be independent, energetic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
