Klarna, a leading online payment solutions provider, is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Manager to join our team in New York City, New York. The ideal candidate will be a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in online customer service and web chat management.

Responsibilities:1. Manage and oversee all online web chat operations, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention through the online chat channel.3.
