Online Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

Walgreens Boots Alliance is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Associate to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service or related role and possess a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat2. Utilize product knowledge to recommend appropriate products and services3. Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner4. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience6. Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures7. Meet and exceed key performance indicators set by management8. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent2. 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team5. Adaptable and reliable personality traits6. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills7. Proficiency with computer and online chat platforms8. Knowledge of healthcare and retail industry trends is a plus
