Job Description:

Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking an entry-level Online Web Chat Associate to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As an Online Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat interactions. This is a part-time position suitable for individuals who are independent, driven, and possess strong teamwork and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner- Offer relevant product recommendations and promotions to customers- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving- Collaborate with team members to optimize customer support processes- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in computer applications and online chat platforms- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required- Must be independent, driven, and possess strong teamwork and persuasion skills
