Job Description:

PayPal is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Online Support Associate to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Associate Level position, this role requires at least 4 years of experience in customer service or online support. The ideal candidate will be confident, have strong critical thinking skills, and demonstrate leadership abilities.

Responsibilities:- Provide online support to PayPal customers via chat, email, and phone- Assist customers with account inquiries, transaction issues, and other technical problems- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner- Collaborate with other team members to ensure high-quality customer service- Meet and exceed performance metrics for response times and customer satisfaction- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or online support- Energetic personality with a confident demeanor- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to problem solve- Leadership qualities and the ability to work well in a team environment- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficiency with computer software and online tools- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment is a plus
