Job Description:
As an Online Support Assistant at Hilton in Los Angeles, California, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional online support to our customers. You will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing general assistance through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media platforms.
Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions- Assisting customers with booking reservations and providing general information- Monitoring and responding to customer reviews and feedback- Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and improve online customer experience- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a customer service or online support role- Resourceful and hardworking attitude- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment- Proficient in using online tools and platforms- Must be able to work part-time hours in Los Angeles, California
