Job Description:
Erie Insurance Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in social media management and a strong understanding of online marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement with target audiences- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improving effectiveness- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing objectives- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance social media campaigns- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets to maximize ROI- Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner- Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Hardworking and confident with a high attention to detail- Strong planning and organizational skills
