Are you passionate about helping individuals find their dream home? We are seeking an enthusiastic Online Sales Consultant (OSC) to join our team and play a pivotal role in connecting prospective homeowners with the perfect community and home plan tailored to their needs. As an OSC, you'll be the friendly face behind our brand, fostering meaningful relationships with potential homeowners and guiding them through their home-buying journey.
Position Overview:
As an OSC, you'll be responsible for promptly responding to internet inquiries and nurturing leads into appointments with our dedicated Real Estate Agents. While primarily working remotely, you'll need to be located in Central Oregon or the Portland metro area. No real estate license is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the go-to expert on all company Homes communities and plans, supporting marketing campaigns and community events.
- Maintain a deep understanding of regional communities, consumer buying habits, and industry trends.
- Engage with potential homeowners to showcase the value, quality, and mission of company Homes.
- Conduct community product tours and assist in converting sales leads into appointments.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Team to optimize lead conversion processes.
- Coordinate prospect meetings and manage live chat.
- Input and update client records accurately into our CRM system for reporting and analysis purposes.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer service and/or inside sales experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated creativity, innovation, and professionalism.
- Strong work ethic and integrity in all aspects of work.
- Willingness to travel for events and functions as needed.
Compensation:
Starting wage of $29 per hour, with bonus opportunities for successfully converting web traffic into appointments.
[This job opportunity is open to candidates in Central Oregon or the Portland metro area. Remote work is possible but location is essential for certain aspects of the role.]
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 29.00 Per Hour
