Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

Ross Stores is seeking an Online Operations Associate to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As an Entry Level Online Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the online operations of our retail store. This part-time position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience and is ideal for individuals who are adaptable and independent.

Responsibilities:- Assist in managing inventory levels and order fulfillment for online orders- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure a seamless online and in-store shopping experience for customers- Monitor and update product listings on e-commerce platforms- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues related to online operations- Coordinate with shipping and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of orders- Contribute to the development of strategies to drive online sales and customer engagement- Provide support for online marketing campaigns and promotions- Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving customer issues in a timely manner

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred- Strong communication and organizational skills- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with e-commerce platforms- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional evening and weekend shifts- Persuasion skills to drive sales and customer engagement- Creativity to develop innovative solutions for online operations
