Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

L-3 Communications is seeking a motivated and hardworking Online Operations Associate to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Associate Level position, the Online Operations Associate will be responsible for various tasks related to the online operations of the company.

Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain the company's online presence, including website and social media accounts- Assist in the development and implementation of online marketing strategies- Monitor and analyze online metrics to optimize performance- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the seamless integration of online and offline operations- Assist in the coordination of online events and promotions- Provide support for online customer inquiries and feedback

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in online operations or related field- Strong communication and negotiation skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other online platforms- Knowledge of online marketing strategies and best practices- Experience with website maintenance and social media management
