Monitor online chat platforms to proactively reach out to customers who may need assistance or have questions.5. Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot technical issues and provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Motivated and resourceful individual who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service.3.
