As the Online Live Chat Manager at WeWork in Phoenix, Arizona, you will be responsible for overseeing all online live chat operations to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our customers. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service through timely and accurate responses while also working to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee all online live chat platforms, ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately- Train and supervise a team of online chat representatives to deliver excellent customer service- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and engagement through the live chat platform- Monitor and analyze chat metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a cohesive and consistent customer experience across all channels- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service to continually improve our live chat operations- Regularly report on key performance indicators and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years of experience managing an online live chat platform- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Driven and motivated individual with a strong focus on customer satisfaction- Innovative thinker with a keen attention to detail- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Familiarity with live chat software and online customer service platforms- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively
