Job Description:

As the Online Live Chat Manager at DuPont, you will be responsible for managing the online live chat platform to deliver exceptional customer service experiences. This part-time role based in Fort Worth, Texas, requires a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be reliable, resourceful, adaptable, and possess strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the online live chat platform to provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries- Train and coach chat agents to ensure they are delivering high-quality customer service- Monitor chat agent performance and provide feedback to improve efficiency and effectiveness- Analyze chat data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement chat enhancements and drive continuous improvement- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field- 8+ years of experience in online customer service or chat management- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in chat management software and Microsoft Office Suite- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
