Eversource Energy is seeking a part-time Online Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Online Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat services. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate and adaptable, with strong leadership and project management skills.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through online chat to provide support and resolve inquiries in a timely and professional manner- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all customer interactions- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while assisting customers with their queries- Utilize resources and tools to provide accurate information to customers- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times- Handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality and discretion

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Strong communication skills and customer service experience preferred- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficient in typing and navigating online systems- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
