Job Description:We are looking for a confident and passionate Online Live Chat Assistant to join our team at Rappi in Austin, Texas. As an Associate Level Online Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers through online chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve any issues they may have. You will also be responsible for creatively planning and executing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat in a timely and professional manner- Identify and escalate any complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution- Proactively engage with customers to upsell products or services- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers- Continuously look for ways to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management
Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a customer service role- Strong communication and problem-solving skills- Confidence and passion for helping customers- Creativity and planning skills to come up with innovative solutions- Ability to adapt to changes quickly and efficiently- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
