Job Description:

Oscar Health is seeking a passionate and motivated Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This part-time, entry-level position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field. As an Online Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our online customers through various channels such as email, chat, and social media.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.2. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services.3. Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support.4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.5.
