Job Description:Micron Technology is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Online Customer Support Representative to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This is a part-time entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:1. Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues through online channels such as email, chat, and social media.2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing.3. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary.4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when dealing with customer concerns.5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.6. Utilize data to identify trends and provide feedback to improve processes and customer satisfaction.7. Stay current on product updates and changes to effectively communicate with customers.

Requirements:1. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.2. Demonstrated experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.3. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools.5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.6. Presentation skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
