Job Description:

Dean Foods is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Customer Support Officer in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with no prior experience who are eager to begin a career in customer support.

Responsibilities:1. Provide online customer support via email, chat, and social media platforms.2. Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction.4. Manage customer accounts, update information, and provide product recommendations.5. Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement.6. Assist with order tracking, delivery status updates, and returns processing.7. Maintain a positive and proactive attitude while communicating with customers.8. Meet or exceed established performance metrics for response times and customer satisfaction ratings.9. Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:1. Must be driven and resourceful with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations.2. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.4. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.6. Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time hours.7. High school diploma or equivalent.
