Job Description:
Group 1 Automotive is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Associate to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but the ideal candidate should be driven, adaptable, and possess strong leadership and innovation skills.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner via online chat, email, and phone- Provide information regarding products, services, and policies to customers- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues that may arise- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive and seamless customer experience- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions- Continuously look for ways to improve customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer software programs- High school diploma or equivalent required- Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience
