Online Customer Support Associate

Job Description:

PayPal Holdings is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Associate to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As an Associate Level employee, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer support role.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional online customer support through various channels such as chat, email, and social media.2. Assist customers with account inquiries, payment issues, and general troubleshooting.3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department.4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build strong customer relationships.5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.6. Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.7. Contribute to the development of customer support processes and procedures.Requirements:1. Confident and adaptable personality to handle diverse customer inquiries.2. Strong leadership and analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.5.
