As an Online Customer Support Assistant at Freeport-McMoRan in Jacksonville, Florida, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online clients. This part-time position at Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely manner.2. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.3. Assist customers with online ordering, payment processing, and product inquiries.4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to increase customer satisfaction and retention.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.7. Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and suggestions for improvement.8. Work with a sense of urgency and professionalism to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements:1. Energetic and driven personality with a passion for customer service.2. Strong persuasion and decision-making skills to handle customer inquiries and concerns.3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.5. Proficiency in using computers and online communication tools.6. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
