Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Online Customer Success Representative to join our team at Norfolk Southern in Denver, Colorado. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via online channels such as chat, email, and social media- Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner- Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:- Energetic and confident personality- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers- Excellent planning and organizational skills- High school diploma or equivalent- Proficiency in using online communication channels- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
