Job Description:
ConAgra Foods is looking for a motivated Online Customer Success Representative to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As an Associate-level position, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role and will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the success of our online customers.
Responsibilities:1. Provide outstanding customer support via email, chat, and phone to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.2. Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner.3. Proactively reach out to customers to address any concerns and provide solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to drive customer success and loyalty.5. Develop creative solutions to enhance the online customer experience and drive customer engagement.6. Conduct presentations and trainings for customers on how to maximize the use of our online platforms.7. Maintain accurate customer records and provide regular updates to management on customer feedback and trends.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.3. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and achieving customer success goals.4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.6. Driven and results-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality customer support.7. Creativity and presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers.8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
