Job Description:

Quanta Services is seeking an experienced and passionate Online Customer Success Manager to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer success or a related field. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our online customers, driving retention and growth through effective relationship management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with online customers, serving as their main point of contact for all inquiries and issues- Understand and anticipate customer needs, proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services- Provide training and support to customers as needed, ensuring they are fully utilizing our online platform- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, working cross-functionally to implement solutions- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, communicating customer feedback and insights effectively- Develop and maintain customer success metrics and KPIs, regularly reporting on progress and performance- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success, continuously learning and adapting to stay ahead in a rapidly changing world

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field- 5+ years of experience in customer success or a related field- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite- Passionate and energetic personality with a customer-first mindset- Soft skills in people management and conflict resolution
