Job Description:
Alcoa is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for individuals who are resourceful, confident, creative, and analytical. This part-time role is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in customer success within a dynamic and thriving industry.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the first point of contact for online customer inquiries, providing prompt and helpful responses via email, chat, and social media platforms- Assist with customer onboarding, product demonstrations, and troubleshooting to ensure a seamless user experience- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and product issues- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Support the implementation of customer success strategies and initiatives to drive retention and satisfaction- Monitor customer interactions and provide regular reports to management on key performance metrics- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success to continuously improve processes and deliver outstanding service
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment- Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus- Must be available to work part-time hours in the Phoenix, Arizona area
