Job Description:JetBlue Airways is seeking a dedicated Online Customer Service Officer to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Service Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers to ensure a positive experience with our airline. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to online customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and resolving any issues they may have.3. Troubleshoot technical issues related to the website and online booking system.4. Provide accurate information about flight schedules, luggage policies, and other relevant information.5. Monitor and track customer feedback and inquiries to identify trends and areas for improvement in the online customer experience.6. Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across all channels.7. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service to continuously improve our processes.

Requirements:1. At least 4 years of experience in a similar customer service role.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.5. Reliable and hardworking with a positive attitude.6. Previous experience in people management is a plus.7.
