Job Description:
Ameriprise Financial is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Associate to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As an Entry Level team member, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service to our clients in an online environment.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner- Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and technical support- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department for resolution- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company updates to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:- 1 year of customer service experience- Motivated and independent personality traits- Strong leadership and teamwork skills- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online communication tools
