Job Description:Realogy Holdings is seeking a passionate and dedicated Online Customer Service Associate to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service roles. The primary responsibility of the Online Customer Service Associate will be to interact with customers through various online platforms to provide assistance, resolve issues, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through online channels such as email, chat, and social media- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges- Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions- Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer service enhancements- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rates

Requirements:- 2 years of experience in customer service roles- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly assess and address customer needs- Effective time management and organizational skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Proficiency in using online customer service platforms and software- Knowledge of basic computer applications and internet navigation- High school diploma or equivalent
