Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and helpful information, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases when necessary.- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience.- Monitor online reviews and ratings, and proactively engage with customers to address any negative feedback.- Stay up-to-date on company products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.- Assist in the development and execution of customer care strategies to enhance online engagement and drive customer loyalty.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field preferred.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
