Job Description:

Synnex is looking for a passionate and dedicated Online Customer Care Officer to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This part-time Associate Level position requires at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess strong teamwork and leadership skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner through various online platforms such as email, chat, and social media.2. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.3. Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately and efficiently.4. Monitor customer feedback and escalate any recurring issues to the appropriate departments.5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer experience and increase customer satisfaction.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.7. Assist in the development and implementation of customer care strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.4. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.6. Previous experience in e-commerce or customer service is preferred.
