Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Online Customer Care Manager to join Unity Technologies in Fort Worth, Texas. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The Online Customer Care Manager will be responsible for managing the online customer care team and ensuring exceptional customer service is provided to all our online customers.
Responsibilities:- Manage a team of online customer care representatives- Develop and implement online customer care strategies to improve customer satisfaction- Monitor online customer interactions and respond in a timely and professional manner- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement- Train and onboard new online customer care team members- Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and sales, to enhance the overall customer experience- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer care
Requirements:- 8 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Proven track record of successfully managing a customer care team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively- Resilient and reliable personality traits- Attention to detail and a drive for innovation- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
