Job Description:

Weyerhaeuser is seeking an experienced and dedicated Online Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Washington, D.C. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience in online customer service.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner- Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately, escalating to appropriate teams when necessary- Assist with order processing, tracking, and delivery coordination- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies- Provide feedback to management on customer trends, recurring issues, and areas for improvement

Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in online customer service- Reliable and dedicated work ethic- Strong problem-solving skills- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
