Job Description:

Eversource Energy is seeking a dedicated and resilient Online Contact Center Representative to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on a part-time basis. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via online chat, email, and social media platforms.2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and account information.3. Research customer issues and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary.4. Make informed decisions to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.5. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.6. Meet or exceed performance goals related to response times, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.7. Document all customer interactions in the contact center system for future reference.8. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.2. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.3. Demonstrated research skills and the ability to make informed decisions.4. Proficiency with computer systems and online communication tools.5. High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.6. Customer service experience preferred.7. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
