Job Description:ABM Industries is currently seeking a part-time Online Contact Center Representative to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This role is ideal for individuals who are driven, dedicated, and have a passion for customer service. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various online communication channels.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and technical support.3. Provide troubleshooting assistance for website navigation and online account management.4. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.6. Collaborate with other departments to escalate customer issues as needed.7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure quality service delivery.8. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role.2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for decision-making.4. Proficient in using online communication tools and CRM systems.5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.6. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.7. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
