Responsibilities:1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the online contact center, including overseeing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner.2. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.4. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
