Job Description:

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Contact Center Associate in Jacksonville, Florida. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience who is driven, independent, and possesses strong soft skills such as creativity and critical thinking.

Responsibilities:- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via online chat, email, and social media platforms- Assist customers with product information, ordering, returns, and general inquiries- Utilize company systems and tools to provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries- Identify and escalate any issues or trends to the appropriate department for resolution- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction- Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed performance metrics and goals

Requirements:- At least 1 year of customer service experience- Strong communication and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficient in using computers and navigating online systems- High school diploma or equivalent required- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
