The Online Contact Center Assistant at J.C. Penney in San Francisco, California is a full-time Associate Level position that requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints.3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions.5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers.6. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues.7. Assist in training new contact center staff as needed.

Requirements:1. 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role.2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software.5. Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.6. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
