Job Description:

Jarden is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Online Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As an Associate Level position, the Online Contact Center Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers through various online communication channels and providing exceptional customer service. This is a part-time position with the expectation of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Assist customers through online chat, email, and social media platforms.2. Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges.4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve customer concerns.5. Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up on customer interactions.6. Assist in the development and implementation of customer service strategies.7. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.8. Provide feedback on customer trends and common issues to improve customer experience.9. Adhere to company guidelines and policies regarding customer interactions.

Requirements:1. Resilient and able to effectively handle challenging customer interactions.2. Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize tasks.3. Excellent time management and organizational skills.4. 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role.5. Proficient in using online communication tools and systems.6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.8. High school diploma or equivalent required.
