Online Communications Specialist

Job Description:

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a talented Online Communications Specialist to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in online communications and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies. As an Associate Level Online Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing online communication strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement online communication strategies to drive engagement and increase brand awareness- Manage and maintain the company's online presence, including website content, social media accounts, and email marketing campaigns- Monitor and analyze online communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online communications to continuously improve strategies- Assist with the creation of digital marketing content, such as blog posts, videos, and infographics- Participate in team meetings and provide input on communication strategies and initiatives- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field- 4+ years of experience in online communications, digital marketing, or a similar role- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms- Knowledge of SEO best practices and Google Analytics- Resourceful and driven, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail- Persuasion skills to drive engagement and achieve communication goals
